At Hunter Fan Company, we stand behind the quality of our ceiling fans and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in its original condition within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage the fan in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all blades, hardware, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
